CITY CHICKEN 
Beef (or veal), cubed
Pork, cubed
Salt & pepper to taste
Flour
Egg, beaten
Bread crumbs

Alternate beef (or veal) and pork cubes on wooden skewer. Salt and pepper to taste. Roll in flour then beaten egg, then bread crumbs. Brown well in frying pan. Lay in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 to 2 hours covered.

NOTE: I blend 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1 can water and pour over before baking.
