CITY CHICKENS 
Cubes of veal
Cubes of pork
Cracker crumbs
1 egg
1 c. milk
Sliced onions
Chopped green pepper
Bamboo skewers

Combine egg and milk. Dip meat cubes of veal and pork in egg-milk mixture then roll in cracker crumbs until well coated. Brown slightly in skillet. Alternate veal, onion, pork, bell pepper, veal, onion, etc. onto bamboo skewers. Lay snug into baking dish. Add water to bottom of baking dish enough to line the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, covering dish with aluminum foil to retain moisture during baking.
