CITY CHICKEN 
Pork chops or steak
Veal cutlets
1 egg
Cracker crumbs
Wooden skewers

Bone meat and cut into inch size pieces. Put on skewers, alternating pork and veal. Roll in whipped egg, then in crumbs. Brown in fry pan in light oil, then add water and bake and steam about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
