STREUSEL CAKE 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins and 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan; bake 35-40 minutes or grease and flour 10 inch tube pan and bake 40-45 minutes.

Mix cake mix per instructions on box. Spread 3/4 of batter in greased and floured pan. Combine streusel ingredients. Sprinkle raisins and nuts in pan. Spread remaining batter over streusel. Bake at 375 degrees. when cooled, drizzle glaze of 3/4 cup confectioners sugar and 1 tablespoon milk over cake.
