2 1/2 c. cornbread crumbs
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled or 2 tbsp. bacon bits
2 tsp. green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
1 tsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. sweet onions, chopped
1 c. sweet relish (optional)
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate to chill.
