SALISBURY STEAK | |
1 can Campbell's beefy mushroom soup 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1/4 c. water Mix thoroughly 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion and pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Fry pouring off excess drippings. Stir in remaining soup and water. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until done. |
