GLAZED CARROTS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen Green Giant carrots
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Juice of 1 orange & grated rind
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey

Cook carrots 5 minutes longer than package directions and drain. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole; pour butter over carrots. Sprinkle with sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Baste and turn often. Serves 4.
