KAREN'S GLAZED CARROTS 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen baby carrots
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. rum
1/4 c. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. molasses
Fresh nutmeg

Simmer carrots al dente; drain. Add all other ingredients and simmer until sauce thickens in juice ingredients, approximately 20 minutes until carrots are glazed. Serve.
