ORANGE GLAZED CARROTS 
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. frozen orange juice, undiluted
6 c. cooked, sliced carrots (2 lbs.)

Melt butter; stir in sugar and orange juice until blended. Cook over medium heat; stir often 5 minutes or until thickened. Add carrots and cook until carrots are heated.
