MUSTARD - GLAZED CARROTS 
Do ahead, then reheat in the microwave.

1 pkg. frozen whole baby carrots or slices of fresh carrot
1-2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook and drain the carrots. Combine the rest of the ingredients and fold into the carrots until they are glazed.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
