PEANUT CLUSTERS 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. oats
1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix sugar, milk and butter in 2 quart casserole. Microwave uncovered on high to boiling, 2 to 3 minutes.

Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until well blended. Stir in oats, peanuts and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon onto waxed paper. If mixture becomes too stiff, stir in 1 or 2 drops milk. Chill until firm, about 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
