MEAT UNDER FUR COAT 
1 lb. pork or veal
1 1/2 lb. potatoes
1/3 lb. onions
1/4 tsp. pepper (if you like it)
1/4 lb. cheese
5 tbsp. mayonnaise

Cut meat and potatoes into small pieces and onion into thin discs; add salt and pepper; mix the whole. Put it into a deep frying pan (without handle), cover with a layer of cheese, then cover that with mayonnaise. Put frying pan into oven for 40 minutes at 300-320 degrees.
