FRENCH MEAT PIE 
1 lb. ground pork
Salt and pepper to taste
1 med. diced onion
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 med. potato, cooked and mashed
Pie crust mix - 2 shells

Place onions, spices and pork in a fry pan. Add water so you can see it. Cook over medium heat until all the water is gone (approximately 1 1/2 hours).

While the pork is cooking, boil and mash your potato and set aside.

Make 2 pie crusts and line pie plate with one for bottom crust.

When the water is gone from the fry pan, add your mashed potato and mix well. Let cool and place in the pie shell. Add top crust and bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until crust is browned.
