BETTY B'S JOHNNY MOSETTI 
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
6 garlic cloves, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. pkg. egg noodles
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato puree
1 c. chili sauce
1 c. ketchup
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 sm. bottle stuffed olives
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Saute celery, onion, green pepper, garlic; set aside. Cook egg noodles according to directions. Brown ground beef; drain and set aside. Add butter to noodles; mix well.

In a bowl mix cheddar cheese, tomato soup, tomato puree, chili sauce, ketchup, mushrooms, olives. Add sauteed ingredients, ground beef and noodles; mix well. Put in a 9"x12" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
