1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda in 1 c. sour milk
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. molasses

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 10x7 pan and bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
