CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears or 1 lg. stalk fresh
5 chicken cutlets
1 can cream of chicken or cream of chicken mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 stick Cracker Barrel extra sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
Corn flake crumbs

Arrange defrosted broccoli or fresh in large baking dish. Place cutlets on top. Mix soup, mayonnaise, curry and lemon juice and pour over. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and pour on corn flake crumbs to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Serve over rice. Serves 5.
