LETTUCE ALMOND SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 pkg. sliced almonds, toasted
1/4-1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Wash and thoroughly drain lettuce. Tear into bite size pieces. Toast almonds in oven or broiler. Cool. Add toasted almonds and Parmesan cheese. Add pepper to taste - no salt. Toss with Italian dressing.
