ZESTY THREE BEAN SALAD 
Juice from 2 med. limes
6 oz. thick and chunky mild salsa
1/3 c. canola oil
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
16 oz. can black beans, drained
16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
16 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 sm. red onions, chopped
1 med. tomato, chopped

In a large bowl combine the first 5 ingredients. Then add the remaining ingredients and refrigerate until serving time. 10 3/4 cup servings.
