ORIENTAL THREE-BEAN SALAD 
1 c. canned chick peas
1 c. canned black eyed peas
1 c. canned red kidney beans
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill.
