CHINESE DINNER 
1/2 lb. round steak, cut in long narrow strips
1 pkg. French cut green beans
1 sm. can mushrooms and juice
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion

Brown steak. Saute meat and rest of ingredients, adding water enough to cover. Thicken with cornstarch. Add soy sauce to taste. If desired, add water chestnuts and bean sprouts. Serve over rice, egg noodles, or Oriental noodles. Add soy sauce as each individual desires.
