PASTA SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. macaroni (Rainbow Twirls or any color macaroni)
1 c. cooked carrots
1 c. cooked zucchini
2 med. diced fresh tomatoes
1/2 c. diced ripe pitted olives
1/2 c. diced green olives
3-4 diced green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery, optional
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. diced or cubed mozzarella cheese
1 c. diced or cubed mild cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) bottle Zesty reduce calorie Italian dressing

Cook macaroni until tender. Steam or boil carrots and zucchini. Let cool. Add all ingredients together, pour Zesty Italian dressing over mixture. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Serve cold.
