CARAMEL BARS 
1 Pillsbury German chocolate cake
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter, melted

Mix together.

1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk

Put 1/2 cake mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan (pat into pan). Bake 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle 1 (6 ounce) package of chocolate chips on baked crust, then caramel mixture, then 1/2 cup nuts. Crumble remainder of cake mixture on top and bake an additional 30 minutes.
