GOULASH 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. cooking oil
1 med. onion
7 oz. macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. American cheese
1 tsp. chili powder

Brown ground chuck in oil. Add onion; cook until onion wilts. Cook macaroni until tender; drain. Add to meat mixture. Add next 5 ingredients. Cover. Cook until cheese melts. Serve with salad and rolls.
