SALISBURY STEAK 
2 lb. hamburger meat
2 lg. onions, chopped
Salt to taste
Soft bread crumbs
2 c. water
2 packs brown gravy

Mix all ingredients and form into patties and fry like hamburger. Drain off grease. Make brown gravy with 2 cups of water as directed. Pour in with meat. Put in oven and bake at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until gravy boils.
