SALISBURY STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste
1 onion, grated
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
Small amount of oil
Brown gravy mix

Mix hamburger, salt, pepper, onion, butter, egg and oil. Form into patties and brown on both sides in skillet. Prepare gravy mix according to package. Pour over patties and simmer for 1 hour. Very good.
