PUMPKIN PUDDING 
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1 lg. can pumpkin
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. sugar

Mix and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 box yellow or spice cake mix
3/4 c. butter

Mix to a crumbly stage and sprinkle over pumpkin mixture. Bake 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
