SQUASH OR PUMPKIN PUDDING 
2 c. cooked pumpkin or squash
2 c. sugar (1 white, 1 brown)
1 c. self-rising flour
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butternut
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Bake in a hot oven at 450 degrees. Bake 20-25 minutes or until brown.
