1 can pumpkin (one pie)
1/2 c. ricotta (sk. milk)
1 c. cooked brown rice
3 pkts. sweetener
Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)

Makes 2 servings. Good for lunch with tossed salad. 1 bread, 1 protein, 1 vegetable.
