PUMPKIN PUDDING | |
2 c. whole wheat bread cubes 1/2 c. chopped pecans 4 slightly beaten eggs 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 3/4 c. pumpkin 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 1/2 c. milk Put bread crumbs and pecans in 10 inch square dish or 2 quart casserole. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. (Set in pan of water to bake.) |
