2 oz. Bakers ammonia
1 pt. lard
1 pt. milk
1 pt. sugar
1 bottle (1 dram) oil lemon)
3 eggs
10 c. flour or enough for stiff dough

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Roll out dough on floured counter. Cut in shapes. Bake in 350 degree oven until cookies are slightly brown. If eggs are omitted texture will be cracker like. Purchase ammonia and lemon oil at pharmacy
