PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
1/3 c. rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. onion, grated
2 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix turkey, rice, salt and onion brown on all sides in shortening. Drain fat and put meatballs on casserole dish. Put water, beef cube, Worcestershire sauce, and soup in pan bring to boil and thicken. Remove from heat and add sour cream, pour over meatballs and bake.
