PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Chopped onion (med.)
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. rice
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. baking powder
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water

Mix all ingredients with meat. Form balls. Put in casserole. Pour 1 can tomato soup over all. Rinse out can with 1/2 can water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4.
