PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 egg
1 sm. mined onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Form into balls and place in casserole. Cover with tomato soup and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
