1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
2 c. chocolate chips

Mix cake mix, melted butter and two eggs together. Pour into well greased and floured sheath cake pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over cake. Mix powdered sugar, 2 eggs and cream cheese together. Pour over cake mix batter. Bake at 275 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
