APRICOT COOKIE BARS 
1 stick butter (must be butter)
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. plain flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can condensed milk
1 (16 oz.) pkg. dried apricots, chopped fine
1/2 to 1 c. shredded coconut

Combine first 3 ingredients and cut until crumbs form. Press into a buttered 8 1/2 x 11 inch cooking dish or pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

While crust is baking, mix the next 5 ingredients together well with mixer. Spread this over hot crust. Sprinkle apricots and coconut over mixture. Press lightly with fingers. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely, then cut into desired size bars.
