1 pkg. Jello or Royal cheesecake mix
1 can Dole Tropical Fruit
2 tbsp. coconut

Mix cheesecake according to directions on package. Drain juice from fruit. Stir fruit and coconut into cheesecake mix. Spread mixture into a small square or rectangle dish, on top of the graham cracker crust. Freeze. Serve slightly thawed. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Makes a cool summer dessert. Serves 6 or 8.
