FESTIVE FUDGE (FROSTING) 
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
12 reg. marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
Pinch of salt

Mix in a heavy saucepan. Stir constantly over medium heat to a boil (mixture will be bubbling all over top). Boil and stir 5 minutes more. Remove from heat.

6 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Stir in until chocolate chips are completely melted. Spread over cake quickly or in a buttered pan.
