2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
Splash water
1 heaping tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. sour cream
Shredded cabbage

Mix in saucepan everything but sour cream. Heat until thick. Add sour cream. Mix and pour over shredded cabbage. Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. Just as good the next day.
