VIVIAN'S FAVORITE PEAR HONEY 
1 gallon chopped pears
1 gallon sugar
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple

Combine in large, heavy pan. Cook, stirring frequently until thickened. Pack in hot, sterile jars, cover with tops which have been boiled. Seal.
