GRANOLA 
2 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. honey
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. oil

Combine oatmeal, wheat germ, walnuts, sesame seeds, coconut, raisins and dates in a 9"x9" shallow pan. Mix honey and oil in a small saucepan and heat, stirring until mixed. Add to cereal mixture and toss lightly. Bake at 325 degrees, turning from bottom with a spatula every 5 minutes. Cook until lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Cool and store in covered container and place in refrigerator. Serve with milk as a cereal or as a topping with fruit.
