APPLE CRISP 
2 c. sliced apples
2 c. whole wheat flour (white if preferred)
1 c. butter (softened)
1 c. brown sugar
Nutmeg to taste
1 baking dish or pan approximately 9x13

Butter baking pan. Peel and slice apples and place in pan. Work softened butter, sugar, and flour together. Spread mixture over apples and shake nutmeg on top. Bake in 375 degree oven approximately 35 minutes. Serves 10.
