CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat together and put in lined cupcake pans 2/3 full. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove and cool 5 minutes. While baking, mix topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cupcake centers are slightly indented when cooled. Fill the indentation with 1 teaspoon topping. Add cherry pie filling, couple of cherries, or your favorite jelly. Bake 5 minutes more to set the topping.
