RED VELVET CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 bottle red food coloring
4 eggs

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
Nuts

CAKE: Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
