BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut up
5 med. potatoes
2 c. carrots
1 c. onions
1 c. celery
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix gently. Can be cooked in crock pot or in casserole with lid for 5 hours at 275 degrees.
