SKILLET BEEF STEW | |
1/2 c. light salad dressing 3/4 lb. sirloin or round steak, cubed 2 c. peeled cubed potatoes 4 carrots, sliced into 1/2" pieces 1 sm. onion, quartered 1 c. water 1.2 oz. pkg. dry onion soup mix 1/2 tsp. basil In 10 inch skillet, stir together salad dressing, beef and vegetables. Cook and stir over medium heat 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and cover. Reduce heat; simmer 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. |
