HAMBURGER SKILLET STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Wesson oil
2 potatoes
1 pkg. frozen green beans
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lg. onion
4 carrots
1 c. water

Combine beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Shape into 16 meatballs. Brown in hot oil. Add green beans and carrots, cut up, water and 1 teaspoon salt. Pour over remaining tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove 1/2 cup stew sauce and mix with flour. Gradually pour into stew and stir over low heat until gravy thickens. 4 servings.
