SKILLET BEEF STEW 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 lb. sirloin or round steak, cubed
2 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
4 carrots, sliced
1 sm. onion, quartered
1 c. water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

In skillet, stir together mayonnaise, beef and vegetables. Cook and stir over medium heat 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat; simmer 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serves 4-6.
