PORK CHOP HOT DISH 
24 oz. Crystal Farm hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except hash browns, mixing well. Fold hash browns into cheese mixture. Place in greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Bake boneless chops in separate pan until almost done, about 45 minutes. Then put chops on top of hash brown mixture. Top with more cheddar cheese and French fried onions (canned). Bake until cheese is melted.
