PISTACHIO CAKE

1 white box cake
5 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
2 (3 oz.) boxes pistachio pudding

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees about 30-45 minutes.

ICING:

1 (6 oz.) box pistachio pudding (instant)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Mix all ingredients together.
