CHILI NACHOS 
1 (15 oz.) can chili without beans
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz with jalapeno peppers
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
18 oz. pkg. tortilla chips
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped black olives

Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan; cook until heated through. Alternate layers of chips and mixture on serving plate. Top with remaining ingredients in order listed.
